In order to ensure that you can enjoy the unique atmosphere of our hotel without disturbance and with the highest possible safety, we take the following special hygiene and preventive precautions for the benefit of our guests.
We wear masks again to ensure the increased safety of our guests and colleagues.
Although the mask obscures the smiles of our colleagues and makes communication a challenge, health comes first. We want to support the safety of our guests and colleagues even more! A high proportion of our staff has already received both vaccinations.
Restaurant and Lobby Bar
- We have placed disinfectants at the entrance to the restaurant, which we ask you to use frequently.
- Please use our contactless food and beverage lists in all our catering units.
- We invite you to visit our terrace, where you can choose from our dishes or coffee specialities when the weather is nice.
Wellness section
- A wellness részlegen továbbra is nagy figyelmet fordítunk az emelt takarítási és higiéniai protokollra, kérjük szíves együttműködésüket a wellness térben kihelyezett ajánlások betartásában.
- Wellness részlegünkben szakmai ajánlások alapján a medencék tisztításához megfelelő klórmennyiséget alkalmazzuk.
- Medence használat előtt kérjük, minden esetben használják a zuhanyt, a medence igénybevétele után pedig utófürdő javasolt.
- A wellness részlegen külsős vendégeket egyelőre nem fogadunk.

- Disinfection stations have been set up in communal areas and disinfectant soap is provided in communal toilets for regular hand washing.
- We take special care of the cleanliness of our hotel, disinfecting several times a day and applying a strict cleaning protocol.
- Our employees pay special attention to personal hygiene, especially frequent hand washing and hand disinfection. Our colleagues have received detailed information about the virus, and we have an up-to-date COVID manual, which has been shared with our entire team through continuous training. Our colleagues can only come to work in good health. In our hotel, a dedicated staff member is available to assist with the ongoing professional monitoring of those described in the manual and is also available to assist at the request of our guests.
- In-room guest information, drink and menu lists, program options and other information can be accessed by scanning a QR code for contactless service delivery.
- We have eased the cancellation terms and conditions and are flexible on rebooking.

- We ask that you only stay at the hotel if you are in good health and the people living in your household are not ill either.
- We recommend that only one person from a company should handle administrative tasks at check-in at the accommodation place.

- In order to get life back to normal as soon as possible, it is important that we pay attention to each other and follow the measures detailed above, in which we would respectfully ask for your cooperation!

The hotel is authorized to ask the guest to declare that he / she is free of infection and symptoms upon arrival, prior to check-in, or may ask the guest to present his / her immunity certificate or EU COVID 19 digital vaccination card.
If the guest notices any of the symptoms of an infection (fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, sudden loss of sense of smell, loss or disturbance of sense of taste) during his / her stay at the hotel, he / she must immediately inform the hotel orally or in writing, in which case the hotel may take further necessary action.
