Obstacle-Free rooms
The common rooms of the hotel can be accessed with wheelchair without obstacles. In addition, we offer one obstacle-free room for our guests and an obstacle-free bathroom on the ground floor and on the floor -1.
Table reservation
Please call Catering to reserve a table at our Restaurant at the 145 extension.
Change of bedclothes
We change your bedclothes at least twice a week but if you would like to have your bedlinen changed daily, the price is 1 000 HUF/ person.
Baby-cot
We provide a baby cot with bed clothes for our guests travelling with babies. Further baby equipments can be requested: baby bath tub, toilet reducer. High Chair is only available at the restaurant.
Weddings, banquets, conferences, meetings and receptions
We can organise various corporate events, team building, conferences, trainings, family days, anniversaries and weddings for up to 10-120 people, with a wide range of programmes, led by colleagues with many years of experience. Atm machine
Located at the entrance of the Semmelweis Hospital or different Bank Branches are available in the City Centre.
Bar
The Lobby Drink bar is located on the ground floor. Opening Hours are daily between 6.30 am and 10.30 pm. Please indicate your needs at the Reception, our colleague is at your disposal.
Shoe cleaner
You will find the shoe cleaner kit in the closet of the room.
Shoe cleaning machine
A shoe cleaning machine is at your service next to the entrance.
Luggage
On request we can store your luggage in the cloakroom, please kindly contact Reception on the extensions of 100. Please indicate your needs at the Reception, our colleague is at your disposal.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in the whole area of the hotel. All of our rooms are non-smoking; the appointed smoking areas are located in the outdoor part of the hotel. In case Housekeeping finds signs of smoking in the room, the hotel might charge a restitution with the amount of 10.000 HUF.

Available to borrow for free of charge at Reception.
Wake up call services
You can request wake up call services at the Reception at the extension 100.
Safe
Safes are located in the rooms and can be used for free of charge. We take no responsibility for any objects left in the room unattended.

Our restaurant is in the B Building on the -1st Floor.
- Breakfast: Monday-Sunday: 7 am – 10 am.
- Á la carte restaurant Monday-Saturday: 7 am – 10 pm.
- Á la carte restaurant Sunday: 7 am – 4 pm.
Our Restaurants are air-conditioned and non-smoking. We do not serve alcohol to guests under 18. You can receive further information about our Restaurant services at the restaurant or at Reception on extension 100.
We kindly ask our guests to consume the selected or ordered food in the Restaurant. In case you would like to take away additional food, you can ask for it for an extra charge. Before entering the restaurant areas, we kindly ask our guests to use the located hand sanitizer machines and follow the specified direction. There are several hand sanitizer stations planted in the restaurant areas, we encourage everyone to use it frequently, especially while managing food.

This Service is available at the Reception.
Bathrobes
Bathrobes can be requested at the Reception for free of charge.
Bathroom accessories
If you need any accessories that you cannot find in the room, please call the Reception and we will provide you with a toothbrush, toothpaste, razor, chair or slippers.
Pharmacy
The nearest pharmacy is located next to the main entrance of the Semmelweis Hospital. Please ask the Reception about the opening hours.
Hairdryer
The hairdryer is part of the bathroom equipment.
Pets
We welcome your pets in the designated rooms of our building A for a fee of 5.000.-Ft/night. For hygiene reasons, pets are not allowed in the catering and wellness areas. Thank you for your understanding!

Our hotel accepts all major international credit or debit cards. (Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard, Cirrus Maestro, American Express)
Fridge magnet
Thanks to our unique magnets presenting the sights of Miskolc, a tangible memory of our hotel remains with you even after the departure. Please inquire at reception.

Wireless Internet is available for free in the rooms and in the common areas (named CityHotel, password: CityMiskolc).

Organised at the Roman Catholic Mindszenti church at the Mindszent tér (square). Weekdays: 7 am and 6:30 pm.
Sunday: 7 am, 8.30 am, 10 am, 11.30 am and 6.30 pm.
“Do not disturb”
If you don’t want to be disturbed in your room, please put the “Do not Disturb” sign on the door handle. In case you keep this sign on your door all day, we will only provide you room service at your request.
Check Out time
Please kindly check out until 10 am on the day of your departure. If you wish to have a late check out, please call the Reception at 100.
Minibar
A minibar package can be requested at Reception for extra charge.
Washing and ironing services
Washing is available from Monday till Friday, this service is not available on weekends and holidays. We can turn back on the same day only those clothes that has been given before 9 AM. Price is 1000 Ft that we charge to the room account.
Please give only clothes that does not require any special treatments.
In case you need an iron, call reception at 100 and we will deliver the iron and ironing board to your room free of charge.

In case of a technical failure, please call the Reception at 100.

Medical services
If you have medical complaints or in any case of unexpected sickness, please contact a specialist. Our Reception will gladly provide you the contact details of the nearest medical services and hospital.
Complaints
In the case you have any complaints or comments, please kindly contact the Manager in charge during your stay so that we can remedy your problem as soon as possible.

Available for free of charge at the Reception.
Parking area
For The groups with buses, we have a separated area for parking. Our hotel provides parking area for our guests who arrive by car in a parking facility at a closed area secured by cameras or in front of the hotel for free of charge. Please kindly be informed the Hotel takes no responsibility for any financial damages arising from parking.
Money changes
You can change money in the OTP bank located a few kilometers away.
Extra bed
We will fit the room with an extra bed on request, free of charge until the age of 4, and extra fee from the age of 5, please contact the reception if needed on 100 extension.
Organisation of programs
Please inquire at the Reception or on the number 145 for the latest programs out – and indoors.
Radio
You can listen to radio channels using the TV or on the radio in the room.

Sports equipment to rent – ELECTRIC SCOOTER
For us, too, the protection of nature is important, so we offer our guests the recently launched scooter-sharing service in Miskolc, which offers rental and parking facilities in numerous locations in the city – even directly in front of the hotel – for those who choose this means of transport. The vehicles can be rented and used via an app that can be installed on smart devices. At the end of use, the device can only be deposited at the designated mobile points.

Széchenyi recreation card
We accept the SZÉP Card at the Hotel /OTP, MKB, K&H/. The only criteria is that the card user has to be the owner of the card and the reservation.

Room service is available from 6 am to 10 pm for food and for drinks too. You can find the related menu and drink list in our information package. Please call the Restaurant services on number 145.
Cleaning
Daily cleaning is managed between 9 am and 3 pm. In case of individual request, please ask the Reception or them on 100. A chair for the bathroom is available on request.

We provide extra blankets on request at the Reception.

Public transport
Due to the hotel’s central location, the bus stop at the Népkert offers several options to travel. The timetable for buses and trams can be found next to the Reception. You can buy tickets at the nearest tobacco shop.
Towel change
A towel thrown on the floor means: please replace it! A towel put back on the holder means: I will use it one more time. Thank you for respecting the above to protect our environment.
Newspapers
You can find fresh newspapers in our Lobby daily.
Dinner
The restaurant, located under the hotel’s B building, is open during restaurant opening hours (Monday to Saturday 7.00-22.00, Sundays 7.00-16.00). We offer a 10% discount on restaurant prices for our hotel guests.
Sewing kit
Available free of charge at Reception.
Ironing
Call reception at 100 and we will deliver the iron and ironing board to your room free of charge.
Wellness area
Located on floor -1. Opening hours: 4 pm – 10 pm.

Check-in, Check out information
Hotel rooms are available from 2 pm on arrival day. On departure day please leave the room until 10 am. In our hotel there is a possibility for early check in and late check out, in case of free capacity. Please feel free to get more information at the Reception.
Early check in: 10 am-14pm-extra fee: 5.000 HUF/room
Late check-out: 10 am-14pm- extra fee: 5.000 HUF/room
After 14 pm extra fee: the full room price must be paid
Key-card
We would like to inform our guests, that we charge 1000 HUF to the room
account for each room key card not returned to the reception at check-out.
External visitors
Only those guests may stay in the rooms who registered themselves at the reception. We kindly ask you that if you have any visitors during your stay, please welcome
them at the Lobby or in the Restaurant.
Safety
As a safe solution you can leave your values in the safe in your closet, for free of charge. The hotel does not take any responsibilities for the values, cash left in the room. Our central safe can be found at the reception and the hotel guests can use as well, for free.

The restaurant is air conditioned and non -smoking. In our hotel we do not serve guests with alcohol under the age of 18. You can get further information about our restaurant services in the dining room or at the reception (extension 100). We kindly ask our guests to have the choosen/ordered foods in the restaurant. If you want to take away any food from the restaurant, except the ordered ones, you can do it for extra fee.
Before entering the restaurant areas, we kindly ask our guests to use the located hand sanitizer machines and follow the specified direction while selecting food from the buffet table. There are several hand sanitizer stations planted in the restaurant areas, we encourage everyone to use it frequently, especially while managing food.
Dress code
We kindly ask you to wear appropriate attire (lounge-suit, closed shoes) during the main dining. Our dress code is smart-casual.

Fire-protection
- No flammable or explosive materials (e.g. LPG gas cylinders) may be brought into the hotel.
- All access roads and exits must be kept clear at all times.
- The room and its equipment must be used only for the purpose for which it is intended.
- The use of electrical heat generating equipment in the room is FORBIDDEN!
- Smoking and the use of open flames in the room is FORBIDDEN!
- Before leaving the room – in any case – please make sure that no fire hazards (e.g. electrical appliances switched on, etc.)
- The room door shows the floor plan of your living area, the red arrow shows the way to the emergency exit. In case of fire, please leave your room and the building in this direction. Do not use the lift!

We kindly ask our guests if you notice any malfunctions in the room, please inform the reception.
Values of the hotel
We ask you to use the hotel’s facilities and equipment as intended, and to preserve the integrity of its assets. The Hotel’s fixtures and fittings may not be taken out of the Hotel’s premises. Any rearrangement of the Hotel room, moving of furniture may only be done by the Hotel staff. The Hotel may charge a special compensation fee for damages resulting from improper use.
Lost objects
We register the objests lost in the hotel areas and the room, we keep them for 6 months and for request, we post it to our guests.
Wellness
The wellness centre is open from 4 pm to 10 pm. For using the wellness, please ask for towels at the Reception free of charge.
Pets

Cleaning
We do daily cleaning only on request of the guest in current situation between 9-15 hours. In case you do not need daily cleaning, please call the reception on extension 100. An extra cleaning fee (10.000 HUF) will be charged if the room furniture, carpets, textiles, curtains are dirty and cannot be cleaned with normal cleaning.
