  • In our recreation area you will find a Jacuzzi, Finnish sauna and infrared sauna, which awaits all our guests – who want to relax – between 4.00 p.m. and 10.00 p.m. 

 

DISCOUNT FOR CHILDREN

  • Between 0-4 years of age, the accommodation on an extra bed in the room of parents or in a baby bed is free of charge.
  • Between 5 and 12 years of age, the price of the extra bed is payable. 

 

ARRIVAL – DEPARTURE

  • You can occupy the room from 2.00 p.m. on the day of arrival, and it must be left by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure.

 

EARLY CHECK-IN – LATE CHECK-OUT

  • In our hotel, you can ask for the option of earlier check-in or later check-out.
  • Room extension is available in case of free capacities, so please ask about the details when booking!
  • Early arrival: from 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.: HUF 5,000 per room
  • Late check-out: from 10.00 a.m. to 2.00 p.m.: HUF 5,000 per room
  • From 2.00 p.m.: the full room rate is payable

 

LOCAL TAX ON TOURISM

  • Local tax on tourism (HUF 450 per person per night) is charged in accordance with current legislation. (It is not possible to pay the local tax on tourism with SZÉP Card). 

 

FOOD SENSITIVITY

  • In our hotel, gluten and lactose-free meals are available, as well; please indicate your relevant request upon booking, in advance.

 

PARKING

  • Free parking is available in front of the hotel or, for an additional fee of HUF 1,500 / night, guests can use the closed, camera-monitored parking lot behind the hotel.

 

PETS

  • We can accommodate house-trained pets only by prior arrangement and reservation, with a surcharge of HUF 5,000 HUF / pet / night.

 

ACCESSIBILITY

By local public transport: 

  • By long-distance bus from Búza Square, take buses 20, 12 and 4 to the “Népkert” stop.
  • Arriving by train to Tiszai Railway Station, you have to take tram no. 1 until the Centrum Station, then take bus 20 or 12 to the “Népkert” stop.

By car:

  • From Budapest, it is accessible through the M3 and then the M30 motorway. Leaving the motorway at Miskolc, our hotel is 6 km away.

 

PAYMENT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • The value of hotel services can be settled on the spot on arrival, in cash (HUF), by credit card or OTP, MKB or K&H SZÉP Card. 
  • (The amount of the local tax on tourism can NOT be paid with SZÉP Card!)

 

PAYMENT WITH SZÉP CARD

  • Our hotel is a place of acceptance of all three (OTP, MKB, K&H) types of SZÉP cards. Please note that the transactional time of transfers made by SZÉP Card may take several working days.

 

CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • You can freely cancel your reservation 72 days before your arrival, and thereafter, the payable fee is 1 night’s accommodation fee.
